Austria Lotto Rules

Austria Lotto uses a single drum lottery format, and players choose 6 numbers from a guess range of 1-45. At the time of the draw, a bonus number, called a “Zusatzzahl”, is drawn from the same 1-45 number range. The bonus number cannot contribute to a jackpot-winning combination. However, matching the bonus number helps players win 4 of the 8 secondary prize categories (the 2^nd, 4^th, 6^th and 8^th prizes).

Lottery players at theLotter can play with a 6 or 12 line entry or fill out an 8-number systematic form, which produces all possible entry combinations of the selected numbers. The Austria Lotto's base jackpot is set at €1.5 million, and the prize money rolls over each time a draw does not produce a winner.
